    Why is there only one ORGANIC ingredient and not the whole formula?

    We made the decision from the start of the brand to developnatural formulas(with a high percentage of ingredients of natural origin) and not ORGANIC, because ingredients of organic origin are more allergenic. However, the skin of babies and children being much more reactive than that of an adult, we decided not to take any risks.

    How to refill the cleansing gel bottle?

    Unscrew the pumpwashing gel for my baby, rinse the bottle and pump with warm water and let them dry completely.Unscrew the refill capholding the top of the bag.     Je suis très satisfaite de ce gel lavant que j’ai utilisé 2 fois sur mon nourrisson. Il n’est pas parfumé ce qui est top et convient parfaitement à la peau ultra sensible de mon bébé de 8 jours. Je le recommande volontier.
